How do I find out if there are rooms available?

Use the booking module on the homepage to find out if there are rooms available at the desired dates and to book a room.

The reservation section of our website is designed to only show you the rooms we have available on the selected dates. If the hotel is fully booked on the dates you have chosen, no available rooms will be shown. You can try again with different dates or a different number of persons per room.

How do I find out the prices for the rooms?

To find out the prices that apply to the rooms in our hotel, you can enter the desired dates in the booking module on the homepage. The best available price will be indicated in the list of available rooms. You will guaranteed get the best price if you make a booking through our website!

What additional costs will be charged?

In addition to the cost of the room and any extras such as breakfast or parking, also city tax will be charged. For overnight stays from July 1 to December 31, 2020 this is € 5.35 per person per night (age 13 years and older).

How many rooms and nights can I book online at once?

You can book multiple rooms simultaneously. If you would like to book for different dates, you have to create a new reservation.

Until when can I make an online reservation?

You can at any time make a reservation over the Internet, even for the same day. If you make a reservation for the same evening after 18.00 hours, you have to check in before 22.00 hours!

What should I do to change or cancel my booking?

In case of an online reservation, you can also change or cancel the booking online, provided that the cancellation conditions are met.

In other cases, or if it does not work online, it is best to contact us by phone or send us a message. Keep your reservation number handy.

What is your cancellation policy?

We have temporarily made our cancellation conditions more flexible. All individual reservations with arrival before January 1st 2021, made via our own website (not via or other similar hotel booking websites, as they have their own cancellation policy), by e-mail or telephone, may be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the day of arrival. Please take into account that the day starts at 0.00 hours (12 am). If you cancel after this time or if you don't show up (no-show) the full amount of the reservation will be charged.

For reservations with arrival from January 1st 2021, our standard conditions apply. This means that you can cancel free of charge up to 3 days before the day of arrival.

What is your booking policy?

Do I need a credit card to make an online reservation?

No, not necessarily, you can also pay online with other payment options.

If you choose not to pay directly online, we will need your credit card number to guarantee your (online) reservation.
To ensure reliability, all bank information is secured.

If you don't have a credit card and no option to pay online in advance, you can still make a reservation. Please contact us by phone or send us a message. We will send you an invoice which you can pay in advance or you can pay upon arrival at the hotel.

Reservations without (valid) credit card or prepayment are not guaranteed and will be canceled at 18:00 hours on the day of arrival unless you contact us before that time and tell us your arrival time.

For bookings without credit card or prepayment, € 100 will also be charged in cash upon check-in as a guarantee. This will be returned to you on check out.

Will the amount be charged on my credit card immediately?

When you make a reservation online through this website and you choose the option 'Pay directly online', the amount due is immediately debited from your credit card.

If you choose the 'Book with credit card' option, your credit card will not be charged, but to verify the validity of the credit card we will do a pre-authorization (from 6 days before arrival) and the amount due for the first night of the reservation will be reserved on the credit card. This reservation is a guarantee that will be withheld in case you do not show up. The reservation is automatically released after your stay, this can take up to 21 days, depending on your bank or credit card company. The payment of the stay must be paid on arrival at the hotel.

If you do not show up and the reservation has not been canceled on time, the total amount of the reservation will be charged and the amount due will be debited from your credit card.

Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept cash payment and payment by iDeal, Maestro, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, JCB and UnionPay.

What are the opening hours of the reception?

The reception is open daily from 07:00 to 22:00.

What time can I check-in and what time should I leave the room?

You may check in from 15:00 hours on the day of arrival. Earlier check-in is only possible if your room is already available. We cannot guarantee this. If your room is not available, you can leave your bags in our luggage room.

Guests arriving after 21:30 hours are kindly requested to inform the hotel in advance.

On the day of departure you have to leave your room before 12 noon. Would you like to continue using the room? That is only possible, if you book an extra night, if available.

What happens to lost and found items?

Lost and found items are stored in our storage for up to 3 months. After this time we can not guarantee that the objects are still present.

Due to hygiene, the following items are not stored:

  • Underwear and socks
  • Food or drinks
  • Care products

Who can I contact if I have a complaint?

If you have any complaints about the room, the breakfast, the staff or our service, please tell us immediately during your stay. At that time we can try to resolve your complaint as best as possible.
